No Bake Peppermint Cheesecake

1 graham cracker pie shell
1 package (8oz) cream cheese softened
1/3 cup sugar
1 cup sour cream
2 teaspoon peppermint extract
1-8 oz. Cool Whip, thawed
6-8 peppermint candy canes, chopped
2 Tablespoons Instant Vanilla Pudding
Beat cream cheese till smooth, gradually beat in the sugar. Blend in sour cream and peppermint extract.
Fold in whipped topping and candy, blending well. Spoon into crust. If you like more peppermint candy cane, you can garnish on top.
