No-Bake Peanut Butter Bars
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1 package of graham crackers or about 1 cup crushed (I use Gluten-Free Graham Crackers)
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup peanut butter (I like to use extra crunchy!)
1 cup milk chocolate chips
Directions
In a medium-sized bowl , mix the melted butter, graham cracker crumbs (I like mine pretty coarsely crushed), and powdered sugar together until combined. Stir in peanut butter.
Spread into a 9 x 13 baking pan and pat down firmly. (If you want your bars to be THICKER, use a SQUARE pan. I like mine thinner so I use a 9 x 13 pan.) In a small bowl, microwave the chocolate chips until melted. Stir until smooth.
Spread over peanut butter layer. Chill until completely firm, at least 3 hours
