Mom’s Sheet Cake

3 cups flour
2 cups sugar
4 Tablespoons cocoa
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons baking soda
2 Tablespoons vinegar
2 teaspoons vanilla
1 short cup oil
2 cups cold water
Sift dry ingredients together in bowl. Make 3 wells in dry mixture. Put oil in largest well, vanilla in one well, and vinegar in the other well. Pour water over top and mix well. Put in sprayed/greased jellyroll pan. Bake at 350 degrees for20 -25 minutes. Frost with chocolate or caramel frosting.
