Lovely Lemon Dessert
1 cup flour
½ cup walnut pieces
1 stick margarine
Mix together, and press into a 9 x 13 pan; bake for 10 minutes at 350 degrees, let cool.
Now mix together:
1 cup powdered sugar
¼ cup lemon juice
8 ounces cream cheese (lite okay)
Blend together and stir in 8 ounce Cool Whip and pour over crust.
Blend together 2 packages instant lemon pudding with 3 cups plus 2 Tablespoons milk. Blend together, pour over cream cheese layer. Top with a layer of 8 ounce container of Cool Whip and garnish with chopped nuts.
