Jello Roll-Ups

2 boxes (any flavor) Jello
1 cup water
3 cups minature marshmallows
Cook the water and Jello till it boils and then put the marshmallows in till melted.  (I cook on top of stove).  Then pour into a sprayed Jelly roll pan (10 ½” x 15”) . Let set in   the refrigerator till set.  Then roll up and cut how every thick you want.  Looks like spirals.  For Christmas, I use red and green jello.  For Easter I use green, red, purple, yellow, orange, etc.  For Halloween, orange and green, etc.
