JAPANESE FRUIT PIE

1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 stick butter
2 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. coconut
1/2 c. pecans
1/2 c. raisins
1 (9-inch) pie shell, unbaked
Melt butter, beat eggs, add remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly.
Pour into pie shell and bake 40 minutes in 350 degrees oven.
This pie can be frozen before or after baking.
