Incredible Chocolate Dessert

In a 9 x 13 inch pan, mix 1 cup packed brown sugar and 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa for baking. Stir in 2 cups water. Add 12 large marshmallows, cut in quarters. Prepare a chocolate cake mix, according to package directions and carefully spoon over mixture in pan. Sprinkle with 1 cup broken nuts. Bake at 350º for 45 to 50 minutes.
Be sure and have the whipped cream handy!
