Impossible Custard Pie
1/2 Cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla
4 eggs
2 cups of milk
1/2 cup of Bisquick
Put all of the above ingredients in a blender except the Bisquick. Blend at low speed for about 1 minute. Add the Bisquick, blend for additional 4 minutes. Pour into a greased large pie pan, like an 11" pie pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes, check center with knife.
If it comes out clean, it is done. Sprinkle with nutmeg.
