Impossible Cherry Pie

1  cups milk
¼  c. sugar
2 eggs
½ c. Bisquick
2 T.  margarine (soft)
1 ½ tsp. vanilla
1 can cherry pie filling
Heat oven to 400 degrees.  Grease/spray 10” pie plate.  Beat eggs, milk, soft margarine, ½ cup Bisquick and vanilla.    Pour into pie plate.  Spoon Cherry pie filling over top.  Bake for 25 minutes.  Remove from oven and put on streusel mixture.
Streusel:
¼ cup brown sugar
¼ tsp. cinnamon
1 Tablespoon firm margarine
½ cup Bisquick
For the Streusel, cut firm margarine into ½ cup Bisquick, brown sugar and cinnamon until crumbly.  Sprinkle on pie, bake until knife comes out clean, about 10 minutes more.

May use any kind of fruit pie filling.
