Impossible Cherry-Custard Pie
21 ounce cherry pie filling
1 ½ cup milk
¼ cup butter/margarine, softened
1 ½ teaspoon vanilla
4 eggs
¾ cup sugar
½ cup Bisquick or Master Baking Mix
Heat oven to 400 degrees. Grease 10” pie plate. Drain pie filling, reserving syrup. Beat all ingredients except cherries and reserved syrup till smooth or 15 seconds in blender. Pour into plate. Spoon cherries evenly over top. Bake until knife inserted in center comes out clean. 30-35 minutes. Cool 5 minutes. Serve with warm reserved syrup and whipped topping.
Pie can be made ahead and refrigerated.
