French Apple Crisp

6- almond granola bars

1-21 oz. can apple pie filling

1 teaspoon cinnamon

2 teaspoons vanilla

2 tablespoons honey

3/4 cup raisins

 

Glaze:

1/2 cup canned vanilla frosting

1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

 

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place granola bars in plastic bag. Crush bars with rolling pin until crumbly. Sprinkle 3/4 of the crumbs on bottom of 9x9 square pan. In medium bowl, mix together filling, cinnamon, vanilla, honey & raisins.

 

Pour mixture over crumbs. Sprinkle remaining crumbs on top of filling. Bake 15 minutes.

In small bowl stir glaze ingredients until smooth. Drizzle glaze over warm crisp.

Serve warm with vanilla ice cream if desired or cold.

Serves 4-6.
