Flavor Whipped Creams
Peppermint: Beat 1 cup heavy cream, 3 Tablespoons confectioner’s sugar and ½ teaspoon peppermint extract until stiff.
Coffee: Beat 1 cup heavy cream, 1/3 cupconfectioner’s sugar and 2 Teaspoons instant coffee granules together until stiff.
Caramel: Beat 1 cup heavy cream, 2 tablespoon confectioner’s sugar and ¼ cup caramel topping until stiff.
Almond: Beat 1 cup heavy cream, 3 Tablespoons confectioner’s sugar and ½ teaspoon almond extract. Beat until stiff.
Chocolate: Beat 1 cup heavy cream, 1/3 cup confection’s sugar and 2 Tablespoons cocoa powder together until mixture is stiff.
