Five Layer Bars
1 1/2 C graham cracker crumbs
1/2 C (1 stick) butter, melted
1-14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
1 C raisins
1 C (6 oz) semisweet chocolate chips
1/2 C chopped walnuts
1/2 C shredded coconut
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a medium-sized bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and butter; mix well and press into a 9 x 13-inch baking dish that has been coated with cooking spray. Pour sweetened condensed milk evenly over crumb mixture, then sprinkle evenly with raisins, chocolate chips, nuts, and coconut. Bake 25 to 30 minutes, or until lightly browned. Cool ten minutes, then chill 30 minutes. Cut into bars and serve.
