Easy Pineapple Cake

2 eggs
1 – 20oz. can crushed pineapple, undrained
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup white sugar
1 cup brown sugar
2 teaspoons baking soda
1 cup chopped nuts
1 teaspoon vanilla

Frosting:
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
½ cup butter/margarine
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 cups powdered sugar

Mix eggs, pineapple, flour, sugars and soda by hand; add nuts and vanilla and mix well.  Spread evenly in an greased/sprayed 9” x 13” pan and bake 350 degree oven for 35-45 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.  Let cool.

For frosting:  In small bowl with an electric mixer, blend cream cheese, butter/margarine and vanilla.  Gradually add powdered sugar and vanilla.  Beat until smooth and frost cake.
