Easy Fantasy Fudge

Lightly grease 9 x 13” pan or 9x9” pan

Ingredients:

3 cups sugar

¾ cups ( 1 ½ sticks margarine)

1 can evaporated milk (2/3 cup)

1 jar (7oz) marshmallow crème

1 package (12oz) chocolate chips

1 cup chopped nuts

1 teaspoon vanilla

Microwave margarine in 4 quart microwaveable bowl on High for 1 minute or until melted. 

Add sugar and milk, mix well.  Microwave on high 5 minutes or until mixture begins to boil, stirring after 3 minutes. 

Mix well, scrape bowl.  Microwave on high 5 ½ minutes more.  Stir after 3 minutes. 

Gradually, stir in chips until melted.  Add remaining ingredients, mix well. 

Pour into prepared pan, cool at room temperature.  Cut into squares.  Makes 3 pounds.
