Cool Lemon Pie
1-8 ounce cream cheese
1-4 ounce lemon instant pudding
1 cup milk
2 teaspoon grated lemon peel
2 cups thawed cool whip
Beat first 4 ingredients, gently stir in one cup cool whip. Pour into pie crust (regular pastry type or graham cracker); top with remaining cool whip. Serve with berries.
