Coconut Custard Pie

4 eggs
1 1/2 tsp vanilla
2 C milk
1/2 C flour
3/4 C sugar
6 T margarine, softened
1 C coconut

Place all ingredients in a blender and mix well. Grease and flour a large deep pie pan. Pour mixture in and bake at 350 degrees an hour or until the filling is set. Let cool. Top with whipped topping if desired.
