Chocolate Upside Down Cake
1 pkg. (18 oz. size) chocolate cake mix
1/2 cup butter
1/4 cup water
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup chopped nuts
1-1/3 cups flaked coconut
Melt butter in 9 x 13 inch baking pan. Add water and the brown sugar. Mix in nuts and coconut and spread evenly in pan. Mix cake mix with ingredients listed, as directed on the package. Pour batter over mixture in pan. Bake at 350º for about 40 minutes, or until top springs back when touched lightly. Let stand for 5 minutes, then turn upside down on large platter, or cooky sheet. Serve with whipped cream.
