Chocolate Pillow Cookies
1 box chocolate cake mix
1 tsp vanilla
16 oz sour cream
pinch of salt
1 10 oz pkg caramel chips (or 2 C of any combination of baking chips)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Blend dry cake mix, sour cream, and pinch of salt until smooth. Stir in baking chips. Drop by teaspoon full onto a prepared cookie sheet. Bake 12 to 15 minutes or until top is firm and toothpick comes out clean. Cool on cookie sheet three minutes, then remove to rack or foil to cool completely.
