Chocolate Covered Cherries
Pat Odens
1 egg white
½ teaspoon vanilla
Pinch of salt
Powdered sugar
Maraschino cherries, drained
Chocolate almond bark
Beat the egg white until fluffy. Add vanilla, salt and powdered sugar to make a stiff dough. Beat mixture until stiff then knead as bread dough. Wrap each cherry with the dough and then dip into melted chocolate almond bar. Let cool on waxed paper. Ready to eat in a couple of days.
