Carrot Cookies Recipe

Mix all ingredients.

Carrot cake mix

1/2 cup oil

2 eggs

1/2 cup chopped pecans

Cup of dried cranberrries

Teaspoon of vanilla

Drop onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-11 minutes.

Cake Mix Cookies Recipe

Ingredients

1 pkg. cake mix, with pudding

1/3 c. margarine, melted

2 eggs

1/4 c. water

1 c. semisweet chocolate chips

Directions

In a large bowl, combine cake mix, margarine, eggs, and water; mix well. Add chocolate pieces; dough will be stiff.

Drop by rounded tablespoons onto an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 375° for 8 to 10 minutes.

Makes about 3-1/2 dozen.
