Caraway Puffs
2 packages yeast
½ cup water
1 Tablespoon caraway seed
2 cups creamed cottage cheese
¼ cup sugar
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon soda
2 eggs, slightly beaten
4 2/3 cups flour
soft butter
Dissolve yeast in water. Add caraway seed. Heat cheese until lukewarm. Mix cheese, sugar, soda, and eggs into yeast mixture. Slowly add flour, mixing well. Let rise in warm place for 1 hour. Stir down dough. Divide among 24 well-greased muffin cups. Cover and let rise about 45 minutes. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Remove from cups and brush with butter.
