Butterscotch Zucchini Cake

2 cups sugar
1 cup oil
2 eggs
2 ½ cups flour
3 cups grated zucchini
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 cup (or more) butterscotch chips
Beat sugar, oil and eggs together. Sift dry ingredients together and add zucchini to mixture. Mix well. Pour into 9x 13 pan. Sprinkle desired amount of butterscotch chips on top of batter. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 50 minutes. Very good and moist cake.
