Bonnie’s Dessert

2 tubes of Crescent rolls (found by the tube biscuits in your grocery store, dairy dept)

2- 8 ounces packages cream cheese

1 egg, separated

1 ½ cups sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla

2 teaspoon cinnamon

Spray or oil a 9x13 pan.  Roll out 1 tube of crescent rolls for the crust.  Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  Mix cream cheese, egg yolk, 1 cup sugar and 1 teaspoon vanilla till creamy. Pour over the crust.  Roll out second tube of crescent roll and place on top of cream cheese mixture.   Beat egg white and brush onto top crust, sprinkle with ½ cup of mixed ½ cup sugar and 2 teaspoon cinnamon.  Bake 25-30 minutes.
