Black Forest Pizza Recipe  

1 family-size brownie mix (9x13" pan size)

1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened

2 tbsp. powdered sugar

1 (8 oz.) container frozen whipped topping, thawed

1 can (21 oz.) cherry pie filling

1/4 tsp. almond extract (optional)  

Prepare brownie mix according to package directions. Spread the prepared batter evenly over the bottom of a 12" pizza pan, that has been sprayed with cooking spray.

  Bake at 350 for about 20 minutes or until toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean; let cool.

In a large bowl beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth and using wire whip, mix in the whipped topping well, with a wet table knife, spread the mixture evenly over the brownie pizza.

If desired mix almond extract into cherry pie filling and spread over topping. cut and serve, or cover and chill until time serving time.
