Banana Brickle Bars

½ cup sugar
½ cup brown sugar
¾ cup mashed ripe bananas (2 medium)
1 egg
1 cup quick-cooking oatmeal
1 cup flour
¾ teaspoon baking soda
1/3 cup Toffee bits (Bits ‘O Brickle toffee bits)
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Spray 9 x 13 pan with cooking spray. In large bowl, mix sugar, brown sugar and banana until well blended. Add egg and oatmeal; beat well. Light spoon flour into measuring cup; level off. Stir in flour and baking soda until well blended. Spread in sprayed pan. Bake for 16 to 20 minutes or until bars spring back when touched lightly in center. At 10 minutes of baking time sprinkle with toffee bits. Finish baking for the additional time. Let cool at least 30 minutes or until completely cooled before cutting into bars.
