Apple Cream Cheese Pie
1-8 ounce package cream cheese, softened (lite is ok)
½ cup confectioner’s sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1—8 ounce container Cool Whip, thawed (lite is od)
1—9” graham cracker crust
1 ¾ cups apple pie filling (lite sugar is ok)
dash cinnamon
In large mixing bowl beat cream cheese and confectioners sugar until smooth, add vanilla. Fold in Cool Whip. Pour into crust. Top with pie filling, sprinkle with cinnamon. Refrigerate for 2 hours.
This can be made into a 9x 13 pan by making your own graham cracker crust and doubling the amount of ingredients.
