5-Minute Cake In A Cup

4 T. all-purpose flour 
4 T. sugar 
2 T. cocoa powder 
1 egg 
3 T. milk 
3 T. oil 
3 T. chocolate chips 
1/4 tsp. vanilla 

Add dry ingredients to coffee mug and mix well. Add the egg and mix well. Pour in the milk and oil and mix well. Add the chocolate chips and vanilla and mix again. Put the mug in the microwave and cook 3 minutes on high. The cake will rise over the top of the mug – it’s okay. Allow to cool a little, then tip out onto a plate. EAT! (Serves 2 if you want to share.)
