Tip for making Oatmeal Cookies .

Here's a tip a friend of mine gave me when making Oatmeal Cookies -

take one cup of whatever kind of oatmeal you use and put it in the blender til blended fine then add it to cookie dough as usual.

Your cookies will always stay soft even if left uncovered on a platework.
