Pizza Dough In Bread Machine

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup water
  • 1/4 cup oil
  • 3/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 Tbsp. honey
  • 3-1/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2-1/4 tsp. active dry yeast

Preparation:

  1. Place all ingredients in your bread machine in the order instructed by the manufacturer.
  1. Select the dough cycle.
  1. When the cycle is complete, turn the dough out onto a lightly-floured surface. Knead several times. Divide in half, and stretch each piece to a 12-inch round.
  1. Top with pizza sauce and shredded cheese or desired toppings.
  1. Bake at 425 degrees for 15-18 minutes or until browned and crisp.
