Monkey Bread
2 pound package frozen dinner rolls
1 cup brown sugar
1 package butterscotch pudding (not instant)
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 cup chopped pecans or walnuts
1 stick butter/margarine
The night before you want to serve this, break apart the roll and set aside.
Combine sugar, pudding, cinnamon and nuts.
Melt butter/margarine. Prepare/ grease bundt pan.
Dip each roll into the butter and then into the dry mixture; mix to coat. Place into bundt. Pour any left over butter/margarine and sugar mixture over rolls.
Let rise overnight.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes. Let stand for a few minutes before turning out onto a platter.
