Microwave Corn Muffins

½ cup flour
½ cup cornmeal
2 Tablespoons sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
½ teaspoon salt
1 egg slightly beaten
½ cup milk
2 Tablespoon oil
Mix the dry ingredients together. Mix together the milk, egg and oil. Combine with dry ingredients.
Stir just until moistened. Put in paper lined microwave muffin pans. Fill each cup ½ full.
Bake in microwave on high 1:30 minutes. Makes 8 muffins.
*NOTE* I have used paper lined custard cups to bake them in.
