Cinnamon Biscuit Roll

Biscuit dough:
2 1/4 C flour plus extra for rolling out dough
4 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 C butter, chilled and cut in cubes
2 eggs
milk

Filling:
1/4 C butter, melted
1 C brown sugar
2 T cinnamon

Whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt. Cut in 1/2 cup butter cubes until crumbly. Crack two eggs in an eight-ounce measuring cup and fill cup with milk. Whisk until combined and stir into dry mixture just until combined. Form into a ball and roll out to approximately 16 x 18-inch size, using only extra flour as needed so the dough doesn't stick to the counter. Spread melted butter on dough. Mix together brown sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle evenly over the dough.  Roll up as for cinnamon buns, sealing edges and ends. Place roll on a parchment lined cookie sheet, the parchment is great for clean-up in case your seal doesn't hold well.  Bake in a 400-degree oven for 20 minutes until golden in color. Cool and cut in slices.
