Blueberry Muffins


2 c flour
1/2 c sugar
2 tsp bakng powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 c milk
1/3 c oil
1 egg, beaten
1 c blueberries, fresh or slightly thawed if frozen
1 tbsp flour

Directions
Preheat oven to 400. Grease 12 muffin cups. In a mixing bowl, combine dry ingredients. Stir. Add milk, oil and egg. Mix well. Sprinkle blueberries with 1 tbsp flour and stir to coat. Gently stir into batter. Bake for 20 minutes.
