Apple Bread

4 eggs

1 cup vegetable oil

2 cups sugar

3 cups flour

1 teaspoon cinnamon

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon baking soda

1 teaspoon vanilla

3 cups apples-peeled and sliced or chopped

Beat eggs, oil and sugar. Then add the dry ingredients Bake 325 degree oven for 90 minutes if you are making 2 large loaves.

If you want to make smaller loaves it makes about 5 loaves, start to check for doneness  after about 40 minutes of baking depending on the size of your pans.

You can oil or butter the pans, put some sugar in pans and also can sprinkle some sugar-cinnamon on top of each loaf
