Sweet Potato Casserole  

Ingredients  

1 c. sugar

3 c. mashed cooked sweet potatoes

1/2 c. margarine

2 eggs

1 tsp. vanilla  

Topping

1 c. light brown sugar

1 c. chopped pecans  

1/4 c. margarine, softened

1/2 c. flour  

Directions

Mix ingredients for topping and set aside.

Mix other ingredients and pour into a casserole dish.

Sprinkle topping over and bake for approximately 30 minutes in 350° oven.
