Scalloped Squash 

 

2 medium size summer squash, diced 

 

Cream Sauce: 

2 C milk 

2 T flour 

1 C grated cheddar cheese 

2 T Margarine 

Salt and pepper

Layer squash in bottom of buttered casserole. Top with cream sauce. Cover with cracker crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees until tender.
