Ranch Potatoes

8-10 medium potatoes, peeled and cubed small

1 can of mushroom soup

1 `1/4 cup milk

1 envelope Ranch Dressing

1 ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese, divided

Salt & Pepper to taste

6 slices cooked & crumbled bacon

Boil potatoes 10-12 minutes until almost tender.  Place potatoes  in greased 9x 13 pan. 

In a bowl, mix soup, milk, ranch dressing, 1 cup cheddar cheese and salt & pepper.

  Pour over potatoes.   Sprinkle with bacon and remaining cheese over the top.

Bake 350 degree oven for 30 minutes.
