Freezer Cucumbers
7 C sliced ??cucumber
1 C chopped onion
2 C of sugar
1 C white vinegar
2 tsp salt
1 tsp celery seeds
Mix well. Leave it on for 6 hours. Then, they are ready to eat or putting to bowls & freeze. Eat within 9 to 12 months. Quick adjustment...keep wavy. Also, if you prefer, you can omit the skins. We have always done it a little with and without it.
