Creamy vegetable Casserole (ready in one hour or less)

1 package (16oz) frozen broccoli, carrots & cauliflower

1 can (10 3/4 oz) cream of mushroom soup (undiluted)

1 (8oz) cream cheese softened

½ to 1 cup seasoned croutons

 

Prepare vegetables according to package, drain and place in bowl. 

Stir in soup and cream cheese.  Put in 1 quart baking dish. 

Sprinkle with croutons, bake uncovered 375 degree oven for 25 minutes or until bubble. 

Yields 6 serving.
