Crab Stuffed Baked Potatoes

 

 

Ingredients

4 baked potatoes

1/2 cup butter

1/2 cup undiluted evaporated milk

1 tbsp. grated onion

1 cup shredded cheese (I use Cheddar)

1 can crab meat, drained and flaked

Salt and pepper, to taste

Paprika

 

Directions

Cut thin slice off the tops of potatoes; scoop our the pulp. Mash potatoes and then whip with butter, cream and salt and pepper, beating until fluffy.

Mix in onion, cheese and crab. Pile into potato shells and sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes
