Canned Zucchini Pineapple

16 C of zucchini (Peel zucchini and scoop out seeds, cut into cubes)
3 C of sugar
46 oz can pineapple juice
1 1/2 C lemon juice
Bring to a boil. Simmer for 20 minutes. Place in sterilized jars. Process for 15 minutes in hot water bath. Makes nine pints.
