Bacon Scalloped Potatoes

2 teaspoon butter

2 tablespoons flour

¼ teaspoon salt

¾ cup milk

2 medium potatoes, peeled and sliced

 2 small onions, sliced

3 bacon strips, cooked and crumbled

In a saucepan, melt butter, stir in flour and salt until smooth, add milk. 

Bring to a boil.  Cook and stir until thickened. 

In a greased one quart baking dish, layer the potatoes and onion. 

Pour sauce over the top. 

Cover and bake 350 degree oven for 60 minutes or until potatoes are tender. 

Sprinkle bacon on top.  Yields 2 servings.
