Turkey Noodle Dandy

1-  8oz. package noodles

1# ground turkey

1 Tablespoon butter or margarine

2 (8oz) cans tomato sauce

1 cup cottage cheese

1 8oz. package cream cheese (softened)

½ cup sour cream

1/3 cup green onions (chopped)

2 Tablespoon butter or margarine (melted)

Sauté turkey in 1 Tablespoon butter or margarine.  Cook and drain noodles. 

Mix noodles, turkey and rest of ingredients together in a bowl. 

When all mixed, put into a 2 quart casserole or 9x 13 pan and put into 375 degree oven for 40-45 minutes or till heated through.
