Turkey Casserole Recipe

 

3 c. turkey, cut up

2 cans cream of mushroom soup

2 - 16 oz. pkg. frozen mixed vegetables

1 tsp. poultry seasoning

1 tsp. garlic salt

3 c. Bisquick

2 1/4 c. milk

1 tsp. parsley flakes

 

Precook frozen vegetables. Mix turkey, soup, vegetables, poultry seasonings and garlic salt.

Put in large casserole dish. Mix Bisquick and milk; pour over turkey mixture. Sprinkle parsley flakes on top.

Bake at 450 degrees for 30 - 40 minutes.
