Southwestern Pigs in a Blanket  

1 c. canned refried beans

8 (10- inch) flour tortillas

 4 processed American cheese slices

1/2 c. mild salsa

1 (16 oz.) pkg. hot dogs

Directions

Spread refried beans evenly on one side of each tortilla. Place half of a cheese slice on each tortilla.

Top with 1 T. salsa and 1 hot dog. Roll up tightly, jellyroll fashion. Place, seam side down, on a baking sheet.

Bake at 400 degrees for 5 to 7 minutes.
