Slow Cooker Pizza Soup

 

1 lb ground Italian sausage

32oz beef broth

1 can (15oz) tomato sauce

1 can (14.5oz) diced tomatoes

1 can (4oz) diced green chilies

1/2 small onion, diced

1 can (2.5oz) sliced black olives, drained

1 Tbsp dried basil

2 Tbsp dried oregano

1 1/2 tsp kosher salt

1/4 cup diced pepperoni slices

1 can (4oz) sliced mushrooms, drained

1 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese  

Instructions

1.In a large skillet, cook and crumble italian sausage over medium high heat. Remove and drain off fat.

2.In a large crockpot, add all ingredients except the cheese. Cook on low for 6 hours.

When ready to serve, top each bowl with shredded cheese. ENJOY!
