Reuben Dogs

Norma Jones

1 can sauerkraut, rinse and drain

1 to 2 teaspoon caraway seeds

8 hot dogs, halved lengthwise

1 cup shredded Swiss cheese

Thousand Island dressing

Put kraut in a 2 quart baking dish, sprinkle with caraway seeds, top with hot dogs. 

Bake uncovered 350 degree oven for 15-20 minutes, sprinkle with cheese. 

Bake 3-5 minutes more to melt cheese. 

Serve with Thousand Island dressing.
