Potato Dumplings
3 cups flour
3 cups instant potatoes
2 eggs, beaten
½ stick butter, melted
2 T. Salt
Put all in a big bowl, add at least 2 cups cold water. Mix well. Add more water until play dough consistency.
Use an ice cream scoop or a cookie scoop and drop in boiling water. When they float to top, they are done.
Don’t stir too much or they will fall apart. Great served with sauerkraut or gravy or in soup.
