Oven-Baked Round Steak
2 lbs round steak
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 pkg brown gravy mix
1 pkg of dry onion soup
1 can water
Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Place round steak in a 9 x 13-inch pan. Mix all other ingredients and pour over top of round steak. Cover with foil and bake for three hours. Uncover, slice, and serve with mashed potatoes. Use the baked gravy for the meat and the potatoes.
